We would be letting someone off, giving MM a win this chapter.
And sacrificing someone due to being wrong.
We essentially lose 2 people and are closer to losing… for… nothing.
I see a small world where it makes sense I was also wrong last trial but had evidence why I thought like I did.

But I also thibk the reasons it isn’t marshal are stronger.
If this game is strictly following the Danganronpa games, then we have 2 more chapters where we try to find the blackened and Ch6 will be the showdown between the MM and everyone else.
I believe it will be.
But still 1 loss here could be terrible.
We do not know how many mistrials we can get before we lose.

2, maybe 3, maybe 4 chapter 3 gone players.
We will be down to 9, 8 or 7 people at the end of this chapter.
