Yes this small phone that’s i have to use for a few more more days has a horrible auto correct that ia stuck on and a 10 second delay on typing.

No, not really any evidence of a struggle. The carvings in the barrel using the shiv and the scalpel were probably just done earlier by Marshal or someone and not related to the crime. The crowbar wedged into the balcony floor on the other side of the railing above the bodies is still strange. It was wedged in about 1/3 the length but is now loose and about to fall down. But nothing like blood or cloth fragments or anything noticeable on it.

if you were holding the crowbar straight up, from the top of the railing and going down, by the time the crowbar connected to the floor it’d probably wedge in supported by the human weight
unfortunately you’d also probably pull your arm

this mostly depends on where they were holding the crowbar, but you would be amazed how quickly a human can build velocity

So marshal was strong so I think the likely hood he caught himself and tried to hold on is likely. Maybe thought someone might help him OR he could pull himself back up.
