He wouldn’t have had to pick her up. We’ve already established that the rope is long enough to loop around the camera. A person could climb the ladder with the rope in inventory, loop around camera, tie one end around the neck and pull the other end to hoist the body.

That’s what I proposed on how Marshal could have hung Zone. Also the blanket could be used as a way to drag Zone if he was too weak.
