Ok, so if we are ruling Marshal and Min out of these crimes.
Then we get ourselves in an interesting position.
We know myself, CRich and Whysper have a solid alibi, in the Dining Room from when Marsh/Min left to when the BDA played.
I will once again say I have reasoning to say it is not Amelia or TL.
This is my list in order

Anyone who was in the dining room from when min and marshal left to the BDA is proven not killer.

I have my doubts that Marshal and/or min are the Blackened here.
My biggest issue is that from what I had seen, Eli did not do any fingerprinting which is a bit sus because it is so useful to catch a blackened, assuming none of us can fuck around with stuff like that… or it can be useful to save someone from the PoE.
Light seemed that they wanted to be fingerprinted.
So it might be really weak reasoning which we have to go off due to a lack of evidence… but I would maybe say it is not Light as otherwise it is a high risk by them for no real payoff.
I doubt Light can remove fingerprints as he is the Ultimate Firefighter no?
Somehow I don’t think firefighters can remove fingerprints.

It makes me think either they were just incredibly inactive / busy and unmotivated this chapter which meant they did nothing.
Or, they are VERY clever and because none of us really had seen them after they killed, they continued to not go to the crime scene, to say they were not around.
Leaning the first one because I am thinking the trees got them but idk how easily I want to accept it as that means my 2 greatest subjects have weak reasoning for me to clear them
If the trees got Emilia until the BDA, then they’re cleared as the killer.
Sheesh I never thought I’d be hoping the trees clear someone as the killer.
