The only possible sorts of framers are a conman (Min, dead) who did not have an ability for planting prints anyway or Amelia who from my knowledge should not be able to directly interfere with a crime but had to indirectly do so.
Amelia had to witness a murder and have the murderer succeed. Also, we did not really find prints last chapter iirc. Though, that was because Eli did not use the ability. I think.
I think the main reason there was no prints is because the killer yeeted themself off the balcony
the puddle came from the emergency services room being flooded, but I cleaned up the mess
Actually I’m thinking the puddle was probably left behind by CRich after he flooded Emergency Services and then walked into the Infirmary
