Like, from a designer standpoint fingerprints exist to PoE people as a green check and if the red check exists then the person isn’t 100% guilty because they could still get the prints on the evidence via other ways.
It’s basically something to thin down the PoE. It’s only absolutely certain in this case because the Blackened decided to thunderdome a single player on false info which immediately outed them.

Marshal if you want people to listen to you maybe id start off with not calling everyone who is suspecting you dumb or bad at the game, not only is it like genuinely hostile for no reason but it makes people wanna vote you due to spite.
There are better ways to defend yourself.
But just my brain myself I’ve been listening to marshal and if I’m being honest I actually believe it doesn’t make sense that he would kill either??
Why would marshal go through the risk of faking something like saying Alice had the blanket when it could easily get debunked like it did…? That makes no sense and even if he could win from this there’s a huge risk that people would know that he was bullshitting.
Is Eli lying? Is Eli working with Alice if Alice IS the blackened?
Marshal has SEVERE burns on his legs and torso. Am I the only one who thinks that it would be pretty difficult to commit murder right after you just sustained serious injuries?
Even if he did murder, why would he choose to kill zone? He was last with zone and it would kinda be fairly obvious if the both of them went somewhere and suddenly zone died.
I don’t mean to be dumb and I hope I don’t seem dumb, but marshal and his anger seems more from someone upset at being accused rather then an upset blackened, but I don’t completely know how he reacts either way, so I could be wrong.
Lack of forethought? When he first pushed me based on it I basically just assumed that he’s a Blackened going for an easy mistrial by a fake check. I don’t think he expected Eli to have something like this to clear me as Eli never outed his talent before.
Why would Eli work with the Blackened? Accomplices don’t work as only the MM benefits from mistrials.

I’m aware he still has arms! The thing is, marshal would of needed to CLIMB to hang zone up. That requires some what of leg power, which leads me to mostly believe that it would be so weird if marshal was the blackened because how would he manage to hang zone up by the camera if his legs were all fucked up??
Also Alice I hope you don’t think I believe it’s you. I’m just trying to ask questions that personally confuse me alot
He managed to roll away during our brawl in the Library. His burns are not as bad as people are making it out to be.

The reason why people believe they are bad is because after he jumped out of the fire and was extinguished, he had severe burns. Like that’s what was said. That he had severe burns to his legs and torso. It’s hard to not think they are bad when you see a message that says exactly that
He walked to the crime scene alone. He charged at me with a baseball bat and hit. He rolled away when I tried to strike him.
He’s not 100% crippled as people say he is.
Also this brings into question why Zone’s body was hanged that way if the killer didn’t mean to make it look like a suicide since the cause of death gave it away.
I remember whysper saying the rope was long enough that it could loop around the camera and have both ends touching the floor
Depending on the strength of the rope, he could have just raised Zone’s body that way I think?
