Itā€™s technically part of the rules. If two people kill a person, then the one who made the killing blow is the blackened. Marshal basically got kill-stolen by PKR.

I would also argue the ā€œkilling blowā€ was me drinking the poison and not PKR touching me. The drinking of the poison is what killed me in the first place, the toxicology was just altering it

like wtf am I supposed to do? there was no counter to this at all. Nothing I could do against this. I was susp of him because I felt he was full of shit but I was never going to let him give me or inject anything into me that I didnā€™t know what it was (and my passive allowed me to know what it was)

There was no counterplay to how I died. There was nothing I could do. I had no way of knowing he could do that, and he literally could just steal my kill with me having no way of knowing.

And if I headed back to my dorm and locked myself in like i had planned, everyone would just know I was suicidal

The masterminds incentives both worked actively against me and threw wrenches into my plan

Any attempt I could make at killing myself with poison would, without any indication to me, instantly cause me to lose the game.
