You know what would be interesting? If someone committed a murder and made someone else think they did it.

Pinning the murder on someone else raises your chances to succeed by quite a bit imo.
The issue is that you have to factor in alibi (or lack of) and all your fake evidence.

Not to mention that several abilities can interfere with framing people.
