I think it’s really unlikely for them to figure out it’s a suicide because it’ll require them to realize he has an alt wincon

Probably… but like it’s more obvious (to CRichard’s slot) that he wasn’t the one who poisoned the cake and thus, Marshal saying all those things aloud was intended to implicate him.

If he can figure it out, he can use those three posts I’ve quoted above, as well as describing all his whereabouts, to show that:

  • Marshal likely set him up
  • It’s unlikely he could have gotten access to poison
  • Possibly what he was planning to do and what actions he took towards that.
