She wanted someone to actually put some effort into discerning her alignment. Well, I guess I’ll take a stab at it. I was having ~good vibes about Windward early game, but gonna put some more legwork into reading her right now.

The main sense I was getting from Wind during the first ~16 hours of the game starting was that they were constantly in thread, but they weren’t really interested in driving or pushing any sort of read or agenda early. They were just /there/ and tried to make the game develop naturally. As an overall holistic gamestate view, I think I like this?

Not very familiar with Wind’s scumgame but I feel like, putting myself in the shoes of scum!Wind, I would have been internally compelled to do something to show the town I was putting in effort.

Diving deeper into their posts, they don’t really start pushing for anything until they vote Lemonfairy for being underwhelming.

For that matter I’m also going to say that Min is way more comfortable in the thread than they were in the same wolf game they referenced (Upick 2) and they weren’t even nervous about getting SR’d by PKR, which tells me they’re most likely town here, or at the very least not scum.

@WindwardAway and @min - can we rely on the both of you to read each other? Just intrigues me that you both have experience with the other as scum, and you’ve both declared relatively strong town reads on the other. Windward, are you able to substantiate this read with anything other than meta? I didn’t get a sense of min’s playstyle in the game we played together at MC before min scumslipped.

I mean that min could either be town or a neut, based on their chill reaction to being scumread already.

I know that this was posted earlier in the game, but I would not classify min’s reaction to being scumread as “chill”.

I don’t think Lukundo is being super trusting of me. He’s been interrogating my every move, something that I thought you implied was a solving method earlier. I’m questioning you and your reads and yet you’re not answering my questions to you, so how am I supposed to figure out if you’re town if you move to push me instead of answering two simple questions

This is probably easily fakeable, but this is something else I think Wind would… approach Silviu differently, if she were scum? She’s working on interrogating Silviu and trying to divine his alignment, and I feel like if she was scum she could pretty easily spin it off into a huge countercase/OMGUS on Silviu. Instead she does all this interrogation and questioning and comes back with a:

I legitimately think his case on me is very poor, but his responses afterward have given me more of a read on him and I think he actually thinks he built a case on me that he believes.
I just don’t like his jumpy conclusion from ISOing me but whatever.

This tracks with what my read on Silviu is, and you can really see the documented thought process from Windward as she works on grappling Silviu’s alignment. Again, I think this is something savvy scum Windward could fake, but I just think it’d manifest a little differently.
