Marl’s last reads that I remember were that Blitz, Kaif, Lemon and I were town, one of PKR/min was scum, and one of Wiisp/Lukundo/someone else I forgot is scum
I already decided which of those reads I was going to agree with or not so I’m not sheeping his readlist anymore

Nah, mason doesn’t do anything, they’re a communicative pr . The only reason to kill a mason would be to halt the syncing of the children together.
That being said, if all children are vanillas, why is there a babysitter who got synced?

I don’t think they come into the thread, give completely contradictory reads against the consensus, and basically have no TMI whatsoever from scumchat filling them in. I know it sounds dumb but gut tells me that comes from town.
…why are we flavor/setupgaming? Why would you think that only Children can synced?
If we were to go to that route, then shouldn’t Marl -who is an APE- be scum?
Because I don’t assume all children are town? So far all the flips have been town children but I think it’s very possible mafia can be synced with town. So I just assumed PRs wouldn’t be synced because it doesn’t make sense to give them even more abilities while the children are vanilla, but maybe that’s just bad logic.
I’m not flavorgaming. I know the masons are town. I was just thinking the sync rates are probably lower for PRs than they are for vanillas, and are completely unrelated to alignment.
And if we’re setup gaming, the masons HAVE to be town to balance the game, because uninformed minority would just be giving power to their enemies otherwise and that wouldn’t make sense. But town doesn’t know who they’re targeting to sync.
