well I did literally say on D1 that I thought people could be synced regardless of their alignments, and that it more likely was tied to their roles than their alignments. It might factor in both, but Silviu said Wiisp and Aelin had a 65% sync rate, and there was another pair that they tried to sync but was incompatible on N1. On N2 Kaif and I were synced, and I told Silviu explicitly not to out anyone else who had been synced, because I think we need to use it to protect the PRs.
