Alright this is just gonna be me evaluating the feasability of the ability based on other factors.
Possible assumptions
- The role blocker canāt use the ability consecutively on a pair which would explain me and wis being targeted, otherwise why would me and merc be targeted.
- The belief that the partners get feedback upon failure
- Masons canāt be roleblocked
If I remember correctly it was revealed that Wisdom-min pair had a protective skill on D4. on N4 however SDA was killed since they were the last mason and a higher priority. Wis-Min targeted Luk
On D5 it was revealed that zone-WWA had gotten a block power. Plus me and Merc were shown too. Whsp was hugged so their threat had vanished. Which leaves to possible targets for roleblocking, Zone-WWA and Min/Wisdom. However we were the oneās who were blocked in the end which could imply the scum was within one of the pairs and since you canāt target yourself with powers.
on Day 6 targets for roleblock are Aelin/Chloe Wisdom/min and Blitz/merc. If their was a roleblock it woudnāt have been Chloe/Aelin since they would have been informed that they arenāt forced to vote. This makes me think that Proph was actually targeted due to them being an unknown.
on Day 7 it was revealed that chloe/Aelin had OMGUS passive which would have removed them from being a block choice. Which would have left the biggest threats as Wisdom/Min. Merc was pretty much towncleared so we were targeted. However, that brings the question of why would our roles be blocked if we were potential kill targets. Woudnāt it have been better to block min/wisdom from protecting anyone. They werenāt which may still be due to them both being quite likely candidates for hugging and thus better to be left alive if they were the murderer.
