I think we need to look at previous Wiisp wagons again and I’m pretty sure there are wolves on Wiisp’s wagon EOD3 - simply from the fact that Wiisp flipped scum but there was no resistance whatsoever.

And also their interactions dont feel partnered
Proph drew attention to wisp and called him out for not interacting or bouncing ideas off of proph
And in response it was a whole bunch of ‘i just cant get connected to the game’ or whatever tf
When your partner is very clearly trying to avoid the existing thunderdome and stay UTR i dont think you bring them under the spotlight like that
And if you do, your partner would actually be prepped to interact with you
