The lich - explained
The lich primarily kills with dark ritual. He uses experiment to gain uses of dark ritual and the day ability, power rune, which allows him to bypass death immunity.
His experimenting usually occupies the target, less they are special or wildcard, in which case you kill them (unless they are night immune, etc.)
Experiment is a MEANS, not the main ability! All it does is provide uses for the other abilities and occupy the target (usually)!
So what you’re saying is, if he doesn’t use Experiment, he can’t kill after 2 nights?
So if he’s being Occupied every night… he can’t kill…

same for reaper. If the reaper is occupied every night, he cannot kill, until he has been occupied 3 nights.

If he’s Occupied for 3 nights, he has 2 kills to use and couldn’t afford using Experiment that night.
A Neutral Killer should not be forced to use another ability to be able to Kill.
He is able to occpy with that other ability; also, it is balanced because his killing ability does not make him visit the target.

I am. I think that needing another ability to kill is fine if it also does something else, which it does: You narrow down the target’s class type to2-3, and occupy them/kill them.
