Hiding announcements could be okay but if only that is done it’s a hard no from me

The arbitrary restrictions are just bad

All of these nerfs are too extreme. Whispering as a concept is good, it’s only an issue when whispers are used to mass-claim. Adding an anti-whisper NE should fix whispers.
