I like murder that involves like a detective with a robo eye that has an AI in it. And a teen idol, my best friends daughter that’s my roommate, and going into peoples dreams to figure out how they are connected to the crime. Also the yakuza. And like a finale that is just a musical.

fwiw my plan was

  1. serve someone a poisoned tea cup during day
  2. drag them to a closet that nobody uses with the pretense of stopping them from trying to take off a third person’s shirt
  3. they die
  4. I do an activity that clearly shows that I have a knife
  5. I come back during night and stab the body post-mortem, so I get my “time of death: day” on the monokuma file

edit: and leave the knife in the body to make it look like the killer couldn’t have had the knife after the murder
