This case is about the prosecutionn, who did not do their homework. In the bare beginign of their investigation of this case, they rushed. And just like any other rushed assignment, their case is rife with errors.
In foremost, there was no evidence that was brought up in this trial that proved beyond a reasonable doubt, that it was my client, SirDerpsAlot who committed this crime.
(So… it probably wasn’t anything like kicking the door down. Obviously. Since the door was still up.)

eevee the difference between a court and here is that we know somebody committed the crime so it’s more a case of voting the person who most likely did it if we can’t 100% identify them
(No alibi, proximity to the murder, missing clothes, known to have been at the Bank at some point in time, assumed to have lied about his movements according to TL… I think I’m forgetting a few more)
his sword fits the groove marks in the kitchen surface perfectly
he said nothing about his clothes missing until apprentice pointed it out, despite hosts confirming you would be informed upon entering your dorm if your clothes were missing
his sword is dented and he was seen in the bank doing something idk possibly getting the marble
he has pens, one of which has a used ink cartridge, which is the other material needed for the invisibility ritual
his clothes are literally in the furnace
and the whole thing with apprentice
plus he has no confirmable alibi
the issue is here, not only is derps heavily incriminated but there’s literally nothing to incriminate anyone else
(Except after asking you guys mutliple times you all said afterwards shortly ago that no you where all wrong and he did leave for a short time after i asked for claification mutliple times and had recived the same anwser)
