“It’s because most of everyone here is just. Weird. Not even in an unique way.”

He smiled at Alex.

“That statement. I’m glad you’ve gained common sense. Without having titles, you’re practically worthless. Now having money…even better.”

Trochi pokes his neck and the wound vanishes

Arthur barely even acknowledges Matilda healing her wound. He’s gone from confident to cagey in an instant.

Wilfred once again stares at Arthur while smiling

he remains silent this time, however

”Everyone deserves a life! It’s why I still heal despite what the Sisters force me to do… I don’t only heal the rich or famous. Everyone deserves a life of their own with as much value as yours.”

She lets out a breath, shocked by the rare force behind her words.

(wow trochi really is ArcticXII)

“I suppose…” Arthur sighed. “I suppose I shouldn’t really hide this. I’m Arthur Townsend, a Private Investigator, although I’d rather you just called me N. I’m not here to enroll. I’m here because there’s a mystery afoot.”

“I recall somebody else having that problem. They went and changed it, perhaps you can do the same.”

“I pushed that Matilda girl into the fog… she merely got teleported to the other side of the town centre. It doesn’t look like we can leave.”

A mystery of what sort?

Matilda glances at him uneasily.

”Will you tell us what kind of mystery?”
