(i just remembered a detail that might actually be important

when i investigated the sun corridor i tried investigating the trajectory of the blood

i didn’t really see anything resembling a slash hitting, only a stabbing – additionally noticing there wasn’t that much blood for a stab

that last detail is my only reservation with trochi but meh. not opening that can of worms)

i’m pretty sure marl established the only blood was from the dart, a sword wound would have produced more/different blood patterns
