DR5 - Mirrored Embers - Chapter Six - Finale [Surviving Participants + Jane win]

too bad the conductor died

whoever gets this joke gets a pat on the back and a joycat

i’m not really convinced, since my father did ask me to investigate the game and was actively ruling against it in parliament afaik
though there is a chance that they… turned bad? meh

i mean, they are probably the most reliable and objective source of information
so yeah, pretty useful

why did you nerds get the characters with lore i just want to find out that as a kid i was forced to become a professional crossfire player or something and that’s why im masochistic

i hope you don’t get a loreclear because it’d be a waste

i can’t get a loreclear i just want lore to laugh at

there’s a decent bit of potential for just… amusing lore

:pensive:

ah yes, such as the riot against oppression alongside your fellow gamers in highschool

i already told you the highschool detail was supposed to give you a frame of time not a location >:(

At least your lore isn’t “you’re full of shit lmao”

i know
i just find it funnier to believe it’s a location

i would find it hilarious to have that lore

I got told Astrology wasn’t real which was neato™ I guess

not with your class though, because that makes it obvious

i’d prefer if the class was something that seemed real but you’re just a fraud
like kyo in DR4

im a fraud gamer :pensive:

I mean what convinced me most is that you said that Timoleon is cooperating with Jorm now, but then I got warning about incoming stuff coming from Timo and it… did happen, as you could see.

Cause Alicias working independant of project Jorm and saying that it failed to free us for 7000 interations by now so it’s not trusty… well… could mean they think project Jorm is just incapable of saving us.

But aorn, if Timoleon was really meant to work with Jorm and we know that he made killing easier… well, I’m not trusting Jorm anymore.

they haven’t been able to infiltrate the game until this iteration because there’s something special about this one, apparently
i’m sure it’s not because this is the one we’re playing

i mean, i think the thing about this character is that he’s more incorrect and misguided than intentionally evil - kind of like the mastermind, which is… ironic :joy_cat:
he thought what he was doing was for the greater good and seem(ed) to be stubborn about it, but did he really have bad intentions?

No, he wanted to stop the arcane crisis.
And he still believes he has to continue, even if he doesn’t believe in it anymore.

That’s why Alicias reported the talk about him saying he has to do this, or otherwise all this years will be wasted.

Just making sure, everyone knows that our physical bodies are locked in the upside-down library, yeah?

We are just something like clones, yeah.

:+1:t2:

out of curiosity who hasn’t locked their votes on light

i’m surprised the trial is ongoing still
