If the cuts and beyblade were done pre-death, first, how? I’m not an expert in anatomy but I’m pretty sure it’s not too easy to fucking smash a Beyblade into someone’s skull, and I don’t think anyone else had cuts on them so an altercation doesn’t really make sense.
