plus last chapter when i had no idea what to do i asked hosts and they said the killer always has to leave some kind of evidence

if they were able to just swap labels then there would literally be no evidence

Anyone who was in the Tower from the start is clear.

I know kat was there from the start because of “detestable slithering movement”.
eevee only briefly left to get a golden bar, but I think they were there from the start.
Pretty sure Apprentice was there from the start as well, I remember them making some Gilded Drake joke.
I remember Marl singing a song for the dragon at the start, and I’m pretty sure Arctic was there from the start as well.

But more importantly, Night only left the Town Square at 2021-02-16T19:37:00Z, so that means only Tangeld had the opportunity to place the poison before Trochi went into the Tower.

(actually i think she(mist) was in the tower when i got there? my notes say eevee, marl, apprentice, jane, mist, and arctic were there, with TL, trochi, and min getting there later
