no. That probably struck me as important bc I was doing isos in reverse order of post count, and it was a bit of a change in tone.
I’m trying to not straight-up, open-and-shut null people, and finding something accurate and interesting to say about everyone isn’t super easy. Before isoing, I mostly remembered fluff posting, so “interested in the game” was a reasonable update to my read of them.
I suppose I agree not much agenda there.
I wasn’t really aware of who’s played for how long. This gets into angleshooty terretory but… it seemed possible to me that it was a somewhat experienced player pretending to be inexperienced (presumably using an alt). If they’ve played only one game before this I suppose that explains the knowledge of realslists etc and not knowing acronyms at least as well.
I’ll probably be rereading this slot in light of this info, but I can’t really think of anything else I might have against it.

I felt like I saw an overabundance of “what do you think of X slot?” questions. These questions are reasonable, but in excess can suggest a wincon more dependent on what people think than what people are. I further felt that the questions weren’t really informing your reads in any meaningful way. Although I recognize that you may have used the information from the questions privately, rather than “thinking aloud”.
