Something I’m trying to keep in mind is that sometimes town does wolfy things, and wolves do towny things. Hippo might not be playing objectively well, but I see it coming from a town in his case. At least, I can’t really see it coming from a wolf. Why do you think that makes him wolfy?

I just Iso’d Appelsini and I noticed a couple things that are kind of scummy:

1. Their Iso largely isn’t taking stances on players – they’ve asked a lot of questions but they haven’t really done anything with the answers, and overall they haven’t really been making conclusions.
2. Their treatment of Hippo is kind of partnery. Obviously being wrong about Hippo isn’t intrinsically scummy (I had him as a townlean on D1, and so did a fair number of other people) but at the point when Appel made that readlist they literally hadn’t interacted with Hippo, so it seems weird that they had him so high, and the soft-defense I quoted isn’t a great look either.
3. Their EoD voting patterns don’t make sense in the context of their reads. They had PKR as null-tier in their readlist, but when EoD happened, they voted PKR over Italy, whom they had as much lower, without really explaining it very much.
