Exactly.
And TBE brought up a fair point that the lynch pool shouldnā€™t be decided by 1 Individual so here is how it works. The first nomination can be done by anyone.

Once the first player becomes nominated they choose to nominate another player and each player repeats this process until the lynch pool is filled. (The Pool today is 8)
Estel is the first in the pool nominated by me.
