essentially WiFoM refers to a problem which you can’t possibly reasonably get an answer for. a good example is scum leaving a heavily townread person alive all game. when you get to endgame you have the WiFoM of “Is this person actually a deepwolf, or did scum keep them alive to get us to think they might be”
