I have a dumb theory on what neutral Marl might be.
That is if they are neutral. I haven’t seen them being solvey this game, which is different from their town game in JoJo FM.

It’s because of the way Marl treated Vulgard when they were in PoE.
Their behaviour seemed kinda odd if they are town, as they would have no reason to have thought Vulgard was town.
Like I said, it’s a dumb theory and kinda out there.
