A quick glance at the BD cards would tell me there are quite a number of classes who are better off not stepping for King.
Court Wizard: 2 shot conversion immunity and 2 shot death immunity.
Base ability gives the target occupation and redirection immunity.
I don’t know about you, though I’d say Court Wizard shouldn’t step for King.
