Quick skim of class cards gave me the following roles that are able to occupy or prevent use of abilities in some way (I may have missed some):

prince
butler
knight

mastermind
servant

sellsword
fool (causes abilities used on target to fail)

merc

so that’s actually a lot of roles that can cause occupation of either their target or people targeting their target
