They still count as the Oldest Cult Member, Cult King has 2 classcards.

Cult King has it’s Cult Classcard and it’s King classcard. It’s King classcard takes priority.

I don’t think they have 2 classcards tbh.

Anyway, eevee Cult King requires them to:

Bleed Wind
OE Wind
Factional Kill PKR (or the other way around)
Convert someone else

There’s no reason to bleed them if they’re going to kill them anyway.

You can’t OE a player and kill+convert in the same night.

Only Neutral King can use 2 night actions in one night

They do. It’s just not classified that way but it’s how the promotion system works.
