Episodic Forum of Lies

maybe we could host Liar again lul

Maybe™

yeah I’d be willing to help you design this, on the condition that there’s a secret True Ending game if incredibly specific conditions are met

Last Stand of the Virtuous 2: A battle of faiths

Santana the Knight survives alongside killing 2 scum over the course of the game
Comes back in the next game in that setting as Santana the General, with entirely different abilities

Magnus gets mislynched in the first game.
Returns in the second game, also gets mislynched.
Returns in the third game as a lynch proof class.

We literally did this during anniversary and it didn’t really work out

Now to be clear I’m not saying your copying, this is yours, I’m just saying it didn’t work out when we did something real similar

Much like Legacy games, if you win as a player, your “legacy” grows stronger. Whatever you roll next will be stronger.

Also, as time progresses, the classes get more refined. At the beginning, there are just generic classes. At the end, they’re both more modern, and more refined and defined.

I don’t think that’d work and just negatively impact newer players even more; however I do extremely like the idea of it being reversed, like gungame.
You start with powerful weapons (like an AR) and progress to the hardest (like a knife in gungame).

Well, newer players would be given a semi-boost, to more or less equal it out. Remember, the losing side gains jack shit.

(Along with any neutrals who win/lose)

I’d like to see the idea implemented as long as the newer player issue is resolved by a method, whether it be a boost of some sort or completely reverse the system.

Well, why should you be punished for winning? It wouldn’t make sense lorewise, either.

No idea. I just know the new player problem will pose a threat.
It just buffs players who already have an advantage even more.
The richer get richer and the poorer get poorer, essentially. lol.
