the theory is

Blizer delayed the kill on kat N1
He moved it to Jane N2
Conroy yoinked Blizer on N3 to save Jane
Blizer moved the kill to Lemon on N4

i do think “mafia doctor” and “mafia jailkeeper” are pretty redundant roles

mafia bpv giver or something is… maybe compatible

and a BPV would stop a chrono death if it functions the same way as FoL chrono (which it looks like it does minus it being odd night + uninformed)
