okay ill try to lay this out in a lot of words and hopefully it makes sense
the way chronomancer works is that it targets a player. if that player were to die for any reason that does not bypass regular healing, then they will survive and have their death delayed for two nights. (so if they were attacked N1 and delayed, they would die N3)
consider having a delayed death as a status effect. when the status effect expires, they are inflicted by an attack, which does not bypass healing/immunity but does not count as a visit.
chronomancer additionally has an ability to move all delayed deaths to another player.
on night one, i was attacked by Marl “Marluxion” Heroshot – and delayed by Gamer “Blizer” Doctor. so i had a death on me that would “expire” on N3.
on night two, Blizer moved this death off of me, and onto Jane. this means that instead of me having the “delayed death” status effect, Jane had it.
on night three, Blizer delayed Mistyx. Jane survived the night, and so did I.
me surviving N3 means that Blizer was not roleblocked N2.
Jane surviving N3 means that they were healed or otherwise immune to death on N3.
my current theory is that, on N3, Centuries redirected Blizer onto Jane. what would happen here is that, instead of dying to their current delayed death, they would have their delayed death delayed (yet again) – but they would survive.
Jane’s role has no indication of being bulletproof in any way, and the only flipped wolf role that could theoretically have saved Jane N3 was Leafia – the Jailkeeper. But she died on N2.
now, i don’t know what role(s) mafia still has remaining, it is fully possible they have a BPV giver or some shit. i really doubt a mafia doctor and mafia jailkeeper both exist, tthough.
and there’s also the possibility that blizer just didn’t act on N4 in which case even if I’m right it’d effectively do nothing
