If correct, you kill that player. Cannot be used in the last hour of a day. After activation, other anti-claim effects can’t be used for the rest of the Day. This ability disables when ITAs are removed from the game.

I was affected somewhat by both Vulgard and Arctic who said gamestate was perceived as too easy and after like 5 town flips, I was probably too impulsive.
