My mistake was assuming that I could take D1 of a 47P mash that was my first game on here since March and my first FM since 2019 and play casual, slowly work my way back into the game, because D1 of a 47 player game isn’t gonna be so aggressive, right? But that… was not the case. My enjoying the company was seen as performative, and my attempts to make reads were batted down because I’d been out of the loop for so long that I didn’t have a grasp of player metas. I steadily lost any drive to be here as I got pushed more and more, and I’m just… not in a position to enjoy this game anymore. Even if I somehow don’t get killed here, town just continues to waste time on me until I’m out, so do it. Get me out of your heads and get back to actually playing the game.
And don’t you dare pity me. This wasn’t a “poor Tan” post, this was a “this is why Tan played the way she did” post. I can’t blame people for thinking that it’s out of my town meta or whatever the hell. I just… wanted to give some form of closure so that I don’t have to stay up for EoD. Good night, everybody.
