Honestly they could of been mafia who declined unknown because they wanted to strategize and I see no reason why ashe wouldn’t accept that. Town have like 0 reason to not accept it (except for certain kids)

But if you think about it, wouldn’t maf really want to pair up with town as they could still make a good child, where they could then kill off the town parent and then have the advantage of controlling the kid if they can be powerful
