He has plenty of activity but it’s just sheeping and fluffing. I’d say he may be a good target to pressure or PL/Policy ITA later on.

To elaborate, too many newbie town players play like a survivor for someone even though that townies should be as aggressive as possible even if it may attract a night kill from scum.
