i was considering making it 6PM and 5PM and have 8AM be SoD/EoD but that might be bad for some timezones, even with the difference.
would 4/6 PM work?

I really dislike concentrated times. Just gives a hugely unfair advantage to whoever just happens to be free in that time slot.

Trying to smooth it over like that does not fix what I said. I’d be fine with it if I can send an ITA before it and it will only actually go through in those time periods, but I would not want to be restraint to only be able to send it in at those times. Night time is almost always 24 hours or longer too for a reason.

the whole point of the mechanic is they’re public and happen in reaction to other shots.
the experience is diluted when it’s all day
also a lot of people play 12/12 phases lol (not me)

Not a lot on this forum from what I can tell. Also a full 12 hours is very different from 2 specific 2 hour time slots in my opinion. It is your game. You can run it however you see fit, but I find it really inconvenient. :confused:

but to answer your question I’ve seen it work on a forum with simmilar timezones to our own (ToS if anyone is wondering)

I know what you meant. day/night/ita session is all the same thing, where you have to submit an action in time before it ends. Nights are as we can somewhat agree on at minimum 12 hours, because people cannot realistically be expected to prioritize this over real life. This is a similar thing in my opinion. Just because the action is less important, does not mean it does not swing the game in favour of people that are free during that time.

I think you overestimate how active this game will be, but that is all I’ll say on it. I won’t out, I just wanted to voice what I thought.

If that is all what you would do, you are not going to read the thread anyways and make a reactive decision, so you might as well allow delayed ITA submissions by that line of reasoning.
