The time to bus PKR was D2 and he asked me to shoot Eevee because he panicked and was worried Eevee would hero shoot him

So I shot Eevee and somehow managed to kill him

After that bussing PKR would be counterproductive

I think bussing PKR would have had no positive effect for Mafia Day 2.
However, they probably should have bussed PKR Day 1 to prevent Ashe with the silent ITA to die.
