Why would scum poison a potential mislynch if they were trying to win?

Either:
A: The scum have a healer and try to get confirmed as “Town Doctor.”
B: Reverse psychology, people normally thinks that scum wouldn’t poison their teammate, so they are trying to make us think that he is town.
C: Fake poison, trying to waste our time on him.
D: Another scum faction poisoned him, hoping to reduce their number of member.

Also, Luxy is AtE’ing, which doesn’t seems like his Town AI.
