Doesnā€™t matter if you have a different read style from me a newbie reacting that way to a red check should always be clearing. He doesnā€™t OMGUS or Sketchwickā€™s or freak out because he clearly knows heā€™s a townie.
Only chance that reaction comes from scum is if heā€™s w/w from FK and even then it takes a good deal of coaching.
