Well, itās same as 3 Star but itās a day ability.
At Level 4 my check was suppose to be always accurate. (Not affected by Frames/Tailors)
Actually it isnāt that complicated as you think. At Level 2 I work basically like Amnesiac Cop (Send results to random player)
I never seen 3 Star as I got Celica twice in one roll but assuming some like ordinary Cop ability.
