There’s the recent ISO you posted that stand out.
Example, you said that in a list of people that shoot Kyo one of those is probably scum, why do you think that? A lot of people agree that Kyo is scummy so wouldn’t it possible for all of them to be town too?
Also, on the list of people who shoot you. You said that all of them are Null, if you said there is at least one scum in the list of people who shoot Kyo why can’t there be scum in the list of people who shoot you too then?

as in I want to figure out your stated reasoning for hostility

The list of people shooting Kyo and voting Kyo right now, I’d assume that there’s one scum, regardless of Kyo’s alignment
But that’s my feeling before reading through a majority of Kyo’s ISO
