soo there is a lawyer because there was a vote prevention on the lawyers target, and the lawyer’s target is universal because thats who had the most votes when the lawyer’s vote prevention went off?

The ability is obviously targeting who was voted. That’s why I believe it was the lawyer. He’s trying to protect his target.
