As has been said before, my gut tells me that Solic is probably a villager, especially considering his meta; i’ve long since learnt that trying to read solic as w for shadethrowing is an awful idea because of his playstyle.
But look at his posts. He may have never called me wolf, but he does have an actual reason to insinuate that I’m a wolf: to demonstrate why he thinks Merc is bullshitting. Now, I disagree with this read (I think Merc just got convinced by my threadstate post because it was among the first substantial posts he read, as an example) but it does illustrate something: purpose.
Now, the thing about Godfathers is that since we know it’s a constant godfather rather than a tailor (if Solic is a wolf), it would change how Solic acts. There’d be some slightly noticable change in Solic, some way he’s taking more risks, or some way he’s seemingly inviting people to nullread him on purpose. But if you notice, the purpose, the thrust of Solic’s post, is decidedly thrusted outwards towards the rest of the game, constantly asking them: “Are you a wolf? I don’t know, but I will.”
