Flavors have been randed, but classes (and by extension, alignments) - no.
At least that’s what I’m assuming.

Flavor is related to roles. Roles cant be unrelated to alignments.

And alice wouldnt be writing 30 roles at the last moment, they are already done.

Which means roles and alignments are also most likely rolled for everyone and we are just not informed of that.

You sure? I’m pretty sure the pattern so far with Alice’s mashes was that mafia members’ abilities could easily be found on a town class card (aside from all the killing), except they were buffed in certain areas sometimes.

NDFM comes to mind.
