Welcome to hell.

Rules

No gamethrowing cheating, angleshooting, post editing, etc.

Gameplay

Days is will be 72 hours long or until someone is lynched, Nights will be 24 hours long.
Demons have day and night chat. I can see it, but not post in it or a Demon’s rolecard unless I’m answering a mechanical question or processing their actions.
I may however, speak freely in the the chat of the Mortals.
I am the Devil. I can see all, and I play the game as well.
Majority is in effect.

Faustian Bargains

At any time, a Mortal or Priest may make a Faustian Bargain with me. They can ask for basically anything (see things I can’t do below). I will ask for the permission to do something in turn. If both of us agree, then I will enact both parts of the bargain.

Things I can’t do:

  • I cannot change someone’s alignment or win condition.
  • I cannot gain permission to communicate with the Demons.
  • I cannot not lie about mechanics.
  • I cannot lie about action processing or the vote count, unless granted the power by a deal.
  • I cannot kill the dealmaker in a deal, unless they are a Priest.
  • I can’t tell anyone who the Exorcist or Priest is, unless it’s part of a deal.

Rolecards

Devil

You are always NightX.
You see everybody’s role, and process all actions
You may make Faustian bargains.
You must follow all restrictions of what you can’t do.
You cannot vote, be targeted by actions, or be lynched.

You win if all Mortals are killed.

Priest

The Devil can’t get a boon by making a deal with you, but you will always die when you make one.
Twice per game, you may determine someone’s alignment.

You win if all Demons are killed. The Devil can still live for you to win.

Exorcist

Once per game, you can kill someone.

You win if all Demons are killed. The Devil can still live for you to win.

Mortal

You have no powers.

You win if all Demons are killed. The Devil can still live for you to win.

Demon

You may perform and vote on the factional kill every night. You may speak with your allies every night.

You win if all Mortals are killed.

Journals

Message me your entire journal, the last draft I receive before you die shall be the one displayed.

To Join

To join, simply express interest in joining by saying something like “I want to join” or “/join” or “/in” or “sign me up, coach” or whatever you want

Yep yep good luck, this game doesn’t look fun in the slightest, sorry.
If you want to make yourself a God in your game and fuck with people, I won’t play.
If you want to be a host and have an alignment in the game, I won’t play.
If you do BOTH in one game it’s just you fucking with whoever is sorry enough to sign up lol
