Getting good sleep is always the first step to feeling better!
If you’re tired, don’t be afraid to set down the phone or whatever across the room - the blue light the screen emits just makes it harder to fall asleep, and then we have a continuous cycle of tiredness. Sometimes it’s much better to put literal, physical distance between yourself and the internet and let your mind settle. 
But before you do that, please answer my question in your PM lol

Mafia can’t kill NK. They need to vote them out. Your overt defense of Squid makes me question if you’re Neutral Evil.
