it really feels like you’re trying to force the ‘i dont give a crap’ attitude
you usually are a really easy townread for me but i’m not even getting remotely close there yet
Huh? I was specifically asking because I disagree with that line of thought, if so! I think Appelsiini is a villager, but we seem to have different approaches to the game, so I would like to poke their brain a bit to see where I may be wrong, and what they may be thinking.
the baseline of my read of appel is pretty much what jane said in that she appears to be doing much more than she actually is
take this for example
“it might be stupid to do this, but i’m going to do it anyway” - effectively just producing meaningless content to seem like they’re actually doing something
this seems like a really weird question to ask?
they never spoke about it themselves, but they’re asking shurian for their opinion
in other words, instead of producing content about the post itself, they’re employing the copout of asking others to do it for them while appearing useful and stimulating the thread
and the same thing appears here
she could have taken the chance to talk about it herself, but she just asked the others?
the most optimal thing to do would be to ask others and give her take on the events
villagers would probably be more motivated to be active, although this may be NAI as i don’t think a wolf would openly say “nah i can’t be bothered to do this”
though the motivations are still >rand w
this seemingly came out of nowhere @Appelsiini can you explain this read
the final part of this post seems like an awkward way of shrugging off the fact they don’t actually have much of a reason for their read on shurian, essentially indicating that it’s not well founded or perhaps not even genuine
she seems misguided by the assumption that confidence = villager, which especially isn’t true for marl (see joat13 - he was perfectly fine with tunneling villagers early on in the day)
which tells me that the basis of this read is probably not real
this never got explained and feels like a weird pocket-attempt, and claiming it would be -ev to talk about it seems like a copout
–
because i really have no idea what this is
why does going against the flow =/= genuine reads
going against the majority opinion is more likely to be genuine as it requires some form of individual thought, plus you actually require a stronger basis for the read, since the fact that it stands out means it’s more likely to be scrutinized
as i said when i started this ISO
it’s a mixture of trying to appear to be doing stuff and stimulating the thread without actually providing their own content
combined with how i feel like a lot of her reads are not at all genuine
i mean, min asked me a question and i answered it
but you’re right, i don’t really care much to flaunt the fact i don’t give a shit
however it becomes slightly different when i’ve literally been asked how i feel
i’m saving the deathtunneling for later once i have a better grasp of everything
most of the content has been produced while i’m not in the thread, so live interactions/pushes were notably more difficult
